Resourceful Creative, agile, with a devotion for lifelong learning, we go above and beyond to improve Main duties of the job As a PCN General Practitioner at Operose Health's Edith Cavell Surgery, you'll work 25 hours per week (6 sessions; Wednesday-Friday) to deliver high-quality clinical care. You'll collaborate with clinical leads and practice teams to support operational plans. Your responsibilities include ensuring clinical governance participation, improving health outcomes through audits and the Quality and Outcomes Framework, and maintaining high personal and professional standards as set by the GMC. You'll work closely with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to support surgery action plans, focusing on areas like patient satisfaction levels and resource management.
