As a growing practice, we are looking for a GP to work full days on Wednesdays and Thursdays, plus alternate Fridays, with a view to increasing to 3 full days a week in the longer term. Mayfair Medical Centre is a friendly, patient-centred practice serving a diverse local community in the West End. We operate a same-day access model and pride ourselves on providing responsive, high-quality care while maintaining a supportive working environment for our team. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing GPs and wider multidisciplinary team, providing routine and same-day appointments and contributing to the ongoing care of our patients. Main duties of the job Our practice operates a telephone-first service, with patients offered same-day face-to-face appointments where clinically indicated. In this role, you will provide a morning and afternoon clinic alongside a GP colleague, with an appropriate share of clinical admin. We teach medical students and would be looking for someone keen to be involved in clinical teaching. About us We are a growing general practice caring for a registered list of 4,500 patients. Our hardworking team prioritises continuity of care and same-day access, aiming to deliver the best of traditional general practice. Our team includes: 1 full-time GP and 2 part-time GPs Practice Manager GP Assistant 2 Receptionists Physiotherapist and practice nurse running weekly clinics We pride ourselves on maintaining a personal, responsive service for our patients and a supportive working environment for clinicians.
