You will be responsible for the leadership, management and clinical governance on our inpatient wards, ensuring safe, effective, compassionate and high quality care to our women, birthing people, babies and families. Main duties of the job The role will involve providing clinical and operational leadership to the multidisciplinary team, ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing, effective patient flow, compliance with maternity and trust policies and standards and improvements in the quality and safety of care.
