Our team are recruiting for a full time (37.5 hours) Recovery Worker to join their team in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse service user group. At Wandsworth, WithYou works closely with the lead provider, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and partners, Phoenix Futures and Way Through providing free and confidential support to adults experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Find out more about us here. As a Recovery Worker, we offer a starting salary of £30,250 per annum. This includes an Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per year. Main duties of the job As a Recovery Worker you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will be working within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your development and your ability to deliver the best care you can to our clients. Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. Youll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery. This is an integral role for With You - as a frontline worker, you will deliver continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, delivery of interventions and key work responsibilities. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. You will be working 37.5 hours per week between 09:00 - 17:00.
