This pivotal role sits within the People and Culture leadership team and plays a key part in delivering the Trust's People Strategy. Main duties of the job The post holder will lead the Trust-wide Business Partnering and People Relations services, overseeing a range of strategic HR and workforce initiatives. These include transformation and change, leadership development, establishment control, staff engagement and recognition, inclusion and diversity, cost improvement, and advancing the Trust's commitment to a resolution-focused and just culture approach to employee relations.
