As part of a leading private healthcare provider, youll be working across two well established outpatient sites on Great Portland Street and Wimpole Street, supporting a service that combines specialist expertise with a strong focus on patient centred care. Working alongside highly skilled multidisciplinary teams, you'll use advanced imaging technology and evidence-based practice to provide outstanding diagnostic services while helping to support the development of colleagues across the department. Main duties of the job What youll do: Perform specialist obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound examinations and produce accurate diagnostic reports. Assess complex findings and communicate sensitive information to patients with empathy, reassurance and professionalism. Support the day to day operation of the sonography service and ensure reports are shared promptly with patients and referring consultants. Supervise, mentor and support sonographers, healthcare assistants, students and junior colleagues. Contribute to clinical governance, audit, quality assurance and continuous service improvement initiatives.
