This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the energy and expertise to hit the ground running, working closely with our Chief Nursing Officer to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for our patients and robust clinical governance across the organisation. Main duties of the job As Deputy Director of Nursing, you will: Provide professional leadership and strategic input across the Trust. Support the Chief Nurse in driving improvements in patient care and experience. Lead on quality improvement initiatives and embed best practice. Lead on specific strategic Trust-wide programmes in relation to patient are or professional standards reporting to Board.
