The Lawson Practice Salaried GP: 12 Months Maternity Cover The closing date is 15 November 2026 Apply for this job Job summary Lawson Practice, Hackney Maternity Cover Salaried GP 6 sessions post to start as soon as possible Sessional Rate starting at £11715 onwards depending on experience. Come and work at one of the largest practices in Hackney with a well-established partnership and management team committed to providing excellent care to patients and staff alike. We are a dynamic practice, keen to innovate and think more widely about primary care with partners who are involved in the health care system more widely. Main duties of the job You can expect: To be part of a friendly supportive multi-disciplinary, close-knit team Total Triage appointment system using Accurx Triage. 14 telephone consultations in each morning and afternoon session and you have control of your face-to-face appointments. 10-minute slots are long gone A strong focus on continuity of care with each GP having their own patient list Fantastic back room support with document coders, secretaries, and duty administrators ready to support you as well as a very efficient clinical pharmacy team Paid protected time for both a weekly clinical meeting and a monthly supervision session with a partner as well as a generous study leave allowance. Half a session each week for your own admin and follow ups.
