We are currently looking to attract an ambitious Deputy Area Team Manager capable of assisting in the day-to-day management of a team of planning officer s as well as leading on a caseload of large scale and compl ex planning applications. The ideal candidate will have relevant Planning qualifications and eligibility for membership of the RTPI. We are looking for an individual with substantial experience of working within Development Management and dealing with large scale complex schemes as well as some experience leading and mentoring officers and determining applications . You will be ambitious for new opportunities and want to work as part of a ‘ platinum ’ performing , dynamic and friendly team to meet the Borough’s growth ambitions. This role is key for the delivery of the Council’s strategic corporate priorities.
