We're now looking for an inspiring Head of Therapies to lead, champion and develop this talented community across the whole organisation: our Healthcare and Adult Care divisions, and Restore, our addiction services division. Main duties of the job You'll work within our Quality and Professional Leadership team and reporting direct to the Chief Quality Office providing professional leadership across every therapy discipline. You'll be the lead voice for our therapies workforce, embedding evidence-based practice, a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, and a culture of continuous improvement.
