Challenge, investigate and manage any staff performance concerns in accordance to the Hospital policies. To ensure all new staff are set up on the required systems and that all leavers have their accounts deactivated To assist in the training of staff on various systems and be a super user. Ensure departments and staff are working in compliance of the latest GDPR regulations and hospital guidelines. Ensure patient data capture is accurate. To support the administrative staff with complaints, trouble shooting, challenging/difficult customers and/or situations. Support the leads in investigating any billing/invoices or administrative queries.
