Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other healthcare working within the organisation. Ensuring that internal and external quality standards are met and maintained, including standards laid down by the Care Quality Commission and commissioners. Developing an effective team building, working relationships with clinical supervisors or mentors and other colleagues. Taking a lead role on CQC compliant projects, business and service development and maintaining a culture of continuous quality improvement.
