St Stephen's Health Centre is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to become part of our busy front-line team. As one of the first points of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. We are looking for someone with at least one year's experience working in a healthcare setting who enjoys helping others, communicates confidently and remains calm in a fast-paced environment. In retur Main duties of the job You will be responsible for providing a professional reception service, acting as a key point of contact for patients, visitors and external organisations. Duties include managing appointments, answering telephone enquiries, processing registrations, handling correspondence, maintaining accurate patient records and supporting clinicians with administrative tasks. Manage incoming correspondence, emails and documents. Scan and file documentation within agreed timescales. Process prescription requests and administrative tasks. Support recall and disease register programmes. Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. Work closely with clinicians and colleagues to support the smooth running of the practice.
