The postholder will improve patient access and staff workflows, use EMIS Web data to inform service improvement, and help colleagues make confident use of our systems. The role will work closely with Practice staff, PCN colleagues, NHS partners and digital suppliers. Main duties of the job 1. Supporting practices to adopt new technology that improves patient access and experience 2. Reviewing and improving digital maturity across the Practice and PCN 3. Using data to understand demand, capacity, and activity, and to drive service improvement 4. Working within Integrated Neighbourhood Teams alongside general practice, community services, social care, and voluntary organisations 5. Building strong working relationships across practices and wider system partners 6. Supporting governance, risk management, and reporting linked to transformation and digital projects About us St Johns Way Medical Centre is a well-established NHS GP practice located in Archway, serving a diverse local population of 12,000 with a strong focus on accessible, high-quality primary care. The practice provides comprehensive medical services including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, preventative care, family planning, maternity services, and a range of diagnostic and screening services. From its establishment, the practice has aimed to deliver patient-centred care that is responsive, safe, and effective.
