A to E Training & Solutions is looking for experienced clinicians who want to develop into specialist Resuscitation Officers and clinical educators. You do not need to already be a Resuscitation Officer or experienced clinical educator to apply. We welcome applications from Nurses, Midwives, Paramedics, ODPs, Doctors and other appropriately registered healthcare professionals with relevant clinical experience. You will join a structured development pathway, working alongside experienced Resuscitation Officers and clinical educators while developing your skills in resuscitation education and progressing towards nationally recognised instructor qualifications. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to use their clinical experience differently and is enthusiastic about developing healthcare professionals. This is a national role involving regular travel to client locations across England and occasional overnight stays. Main duties of the job As a Developing Resuscitation Officer, you will deliver and support resuscitation and clinical skills training to healthcare professionals across NHS and independent healthcare organisations throughout England. You will work with multidisciplinary groups, helping learners develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to recognise deterioration and respond effectively to clinical emergencies. Working alongside experienced Resuscitation Officers and clinical educators, you will develop your own capability as an educator and resuscitation professional. As you progress, you will support the delivery of nationally accredited resuscitation programmes and work towards relevant instructor qualifications. With appropriate training, competence and support, you may also participate as a clinical member of resuscitation teams at contracted sites and contribute to audit, quality improvement, policy and clinical governance activity relating to resuscitation practice. You will maintain your professional registration, clinical credibility and continuing professional development while becoming an increasingly independent member of our clinical education team. About us A to E Training & Solutions is an established national healthcare training provider, delivering resuscitation, clinical skills and specialist healthcare education across NHS and independent healthcare organisations throughout England. We are an approved Resuscitation Council UK course centre delivering programmes including ILS, ALS, EPALS, PILS and GIC, alongside a wider portfolio of clinical and healthcare training. Our clinical team includes experienced Resuscitation Officers, healthcare professionals and specialist educators.
