This is a key role within the practice, acting as the first point of contact for patients and supporting the smooth day to day running of reception services. We welcome applications from individuals with experience in busy customer facing environments , such as retail, hospitality, reception or call centre settings. Previous GP practice experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Main duties of the job Key Duties Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answering and managing high volume telephone enquiries Booking, amending and cancelling appointments in line with practice procedures Supporting patients with queries and signposting appropriately Handling complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally Managing prescription queries and practice ordering Completing basic administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times About us Hilltop Medical Practice is a well-established, friendly, and welcoming GP practice serving a diverse and growing community in Brent.
