This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinician with a passion for delivering expert physiotherapy care to patients with complex cardiothoracic, respiratory, and critical care needs. Main duties of the job Deliver expert physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of cardiothoracic and critically ill patients. Provide specialist respiratory physiotherapy interventions for patients with complex respiratory conditions. Support the management of patients requiring Level 3 critical care, including mechanically ventilated patients. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes and support safe, effective care delivery. Assess and manage patients with advanced airway and complex respiratory care requirements. Lead and contribute to evidence-based rehabilitation programmes for critically ill patients. Participate in the respiratory on-call rota, providing expert out-of-hours support and ensuring continuity of care.
