truly reflective of the population in the area. We pride ourselves on being family doctors and many of our patients
and their families have been registered with us for many years. High quality
primary care is the essence of what we offer to patients and we hope to find
new members to join our busy reception team who also have a passion for
delivering high quality care. Main duties of the job We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist
to join our friendly practice team. The purpose of this role is to provide the first point of
contact for patients. It is essential that the successful candidate has a
polite, calm, helpful and welcoming manner and that they fulfil their duties
with professionalism maintaining confidentiality at all times. About us We have a clinical team of 3 GP Partners, 6 Salaried Doctors, 1 Nurse and 3 Health Care Assistants and a Pharmacist Technician. We also have ARRS staff who are employed by the Primary Care Network that work within St Margarets Medical Practice alongside our existing staff, these include a Physician Associate, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists and a Social Prescriber. The Administration Team currently consists of 9 receptionists, a scanner/filer, a call/recall administrator, and a secretary. We are a training practice and therefore each year we take on 2 GP Registrars and train them in Primary Care General Practice which is always very exciting. We encourage all of our staff to reach their full potential by providing training in house/off site in regards to further education so that this learning can be used to empower staff and in turn cascade their learning to the rest of the team. We work very closely together as a team, having weekly Clinical and bi-weekly Team meetings in order to ensure that everyone is kept up to date with latest developments and news. Our ethos as a practice is to provide the best possible care to our patients.
