We are currently seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Regional Bank Chef for the Hertfordshire area. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Bank Chef, your primary responsibility will be supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. You will manage and guide a culinary team dedicated to providing nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality meals that enhance the overall well-being of the residents while staying within budget. Other responsibilities will include preparing menu plans for approval, placing food orders, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring all food preparation is conducted to the highest standards of hygiene. You will need experience managing a busy kitchen and have a minimum of 5 years' culinary experience.
