This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified psychologist or someone looking to further develop their specialist skills within a well-established multidisciplinary team. The service has recently been through a period of significant development, making this an exciting time to join. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the service, bring fresh ideas and help shape future ways of working. Alongside a varied and rewarding clinical role, you will receive regular supervision, support from experienced colleagues and opportunities to develop specialist expertise in eating disorders and complex mental health presentations. Main duties of the job You will provide psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions for adults experiencing eating disorders and associated. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to assessment, treatment planning, risk management and the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused care. The post holder will support the service's early intervention pathway, helping people access timely assessment and treatment and ensuring care is coordinated across the pathway. The role also includes opportunities to contribute to consultation, teaching, service development, audit and quality improvement project'sis a varied role that combines direct clinical work with opportunities to influence and improve service delivery.
