Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will help oversee food production, maintain excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards, and contribute to effective kitchen operations. You will play an important role in providing nutritious, varied and appealing meals that meet residents dietary, cultural and religious requirements, while helping to maintain their dignity, safety and wellbeing. As a Chef de Partie with Jewish Care, you will help prepare and deliver high-quality meals for residents, taking pride in food presentation, variety, hygiene and individual dietary needs. You will work as part of a supportive kitchen team, contributing to menu planning and ensuring meals reflect seasonal ingredients as well as cultural and religious preferences.
