palliative care nurse. Youll be supported to develop your advanced clinical
skills and grow your expertise within an experienced and supportive team. 'Our
vision at Haven House is to deliver the best quality care for extraordinary
children where and when they choose. Haven House is
regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and we were last inspected in March
2020 when we received a 'Good' rating. Main duties of the job As part of the
clinical care team, led by the Director of Clinical Services, you will be part
of a multidisciplinary team providing symptom management, palliative and
end-of-life care, as well as planned and emergency short breaks. As a
Nurse you will be developed to lead shifts and support the wider team to ensure
high standards of care are delivered and develop yourself. We provide complex
care support while children and their families benefit from our range of
therapies at home or within our wonderful woodland grounds. In return, we
will offer you a supportive environment to develop your knowledge, skills and
development, supported by our Education and Governance team. This role is
based at our beautiful woodland hospice in Woodford Green, offering free
parking and easy access from the Central line. We are
