We are seeking a Project Standards and Capability Manager to lead the development of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) standards, training and best practice across the organisation. You will play a key role in building project management capability, managing our Project Management Academy, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.
What you'll do
Lead the development of P3M standards, tools and frameworks.
Design and deliver learning and development programmes for a wide range of stakeholders.
Manage the Project Management Academy and external training providers.
Build and lead a P3M community of practice.
Coach and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
Drive portfolio management maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
You'll have:
Significant experience developing and embedding project, programme and portfolio management frameworks.
Experience establishing or supporting a PMO/PPM Centre of Excellence.
Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills.
Experience delivering training and capability development programmes.
Professional project or programme management qualifications (such as PRINCE2, MSP, APM or equivalent experience).
