Main duties of the job The FSA is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of the trauma patient administrative processes throughout their pathway; giving the patients a single point of contact, ensuring the patients and carer experience is central to every stage of the patient journey. This will include supporting data quality, validation and ensuring all patients have recorded pathway start dates. The FSA roles will also be the key provider of administrative support to the clinical teams within the trauma office.
