This includes a streamlined document handling protocol led by our experienced administrative and clinical coding team, allowing GPs to spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork. We operate a Total Triage model via GP Triage, where all appointment requests are assessed at the first point of contact and signposted appropriately. Our multidisciplinary team includes a broad mix of GPs,and nurses,bringing a wide range of expertise and perspectives to the care we provide. Our nursing team plays a central role in the management of patients with chronic conditions, ensuring continuity of care and supporting improved health outcomes. In addition, we provide a GP-led L2 Sexual Health Service to our patients.
