ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our residents choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity. The role involves managing a small Care Services team, ensuring Avery's standards are met, and focusing on residents' dignity, independence, and safety. Responsibilities include high-quality care delivery, daily progress monitoring, addressing complaints, and supporting residents, families, and the Care Services Team. Our ideal candidate possesses an NVQ Level 3, Medication administration qualification, and experience, along with previous experience in a senior care role, showcasing team organization, leadership, and influence.
