ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene while maintaining dignity and respect, recognizing clinical risk areas, and escalating risks when necessary. Courtesy and respect towards residents and visitors are crucial, as is fulfilling various tasks safely. Experience is not required, as a comprehensive induction and training program is provided. You must communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and work efficiently. Flexibility is key in adapting to various responsibilities.
