The Administration team provides administrative support to the clinical and non-clinical teams. They support the clinical team by coding medical records as directed. They support the non-clinical team by overseeing registrations and deductions and providing administrative support across all areas of Practice Administration. Main duties of the job As a Patient Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including handling patient queries, managing clinical correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and supporting appointment and referral processes. You will work closely with GPs, nurses, and the reception team to help deliver efficient and compassionate primary care services.
