Main duties of the job As a Bank Staff Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you are given the opportunity to control your own work schedule, allowing you to work when you want. This temporary position offers an hourly rate of £18.63 along with a holiday uplift of 12.07%. New nurses will partake in a two-week paid induction to familiarize themselves with Barnet Lane Clinic. Shifts can be scheduled easily through an app, providing flexibility around your lifestyle. The position may include weekdays, nights, and weekend shifts. The job role involves working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), ensuring patients with complex needs receive care of high quality while supporting colleagues and encouraging good teamwork.
