Supporting the delivery of Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme as part of the Hertfordshire Family Centre Service. Working across the 0 - 5,Age 6 Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) age range under the direction of the Public Health Nurse (PHN) to improve the health and wellbeing of a defined geographical population. *Proposed interview date: 28th October 2026* HCT will prioritise recruitment of workers living in England under the new immigration rules for care workers effective from 9 April 2025. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will: Will be part of a skill mixed team and as a Community Nursery Nurse you will work to deliver the universal and targeted Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme as part of the Hertfordshire Family Centre Service. Working across the 0-5 age, age 6 Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND) age range under the direction of the Public Health Nurse (PHN) to improve the Health and wellbeing of the local population.
