Supporting managers, you will ensure accurate HR data, coordinate core people processes and provide clear workforce oversight, helping to maintain consistent and effective HR practices across the service. In this busy and varied role, you will manage and maintain HR systems, employee records and recruitment trackers, ensuring all data is accurate, up to date and handled with the highest level of confidentiality. You will coordinate a range of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, contractual changes, leavers and absence management, ensuring alignment with Elysium policies and standards. You will also support training coordination and compliance, booking sessions, monitoring completion of mandatory training and supporting staff and managers with training requirements. You will also support training coordination and compliance, booking sessions, monitoring completion of mandatory training and supporting staff and managers with training requirements. A key part of the role involves maintaining statutory compliance, including Right to Work checks, DBS renewals, professional registration verifications, and supporting the administration of Skilled Worker Visa processes. Working closely with the wider team, you will prepare workforce reports to provide clear insights into recruitment activity, compliance status and workforce trends, supporting informed decision-making.
