About the Role Based at Livingstone Community Hospital, Dartford, you'll work as part of our Communit Main duties of the job As a Healthcare Assistant within the Community Nursing Service at HCRG Care Group, you will be a key team member providing high-quality care to patients in Dartford and North Kent. This role involves delivering compassionate, person-centred care, supporting various healthcare needs including wound care and diabetes management, and promoting patient independence and wellbeing. The position is based at Livingstone Community Hospital, which offers excellent transport links and proximity to Bluewater Shopping Centre. You will have access to modern technology for remote documentation, reducing travel time and enabling more hands-on patient care.
