This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and developing their knowledge of NHS recruitment and workforce processes. Interviews will be held on 21st October 2026 This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week and the working days are Monday - Friday. Main duties of the job HR Officer - Trust-Wide Recruitment Support The role will support recruitment across a diverse range of Trust services. This role offers the opportunity to build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders while gaining a broad understanding of how recruitment supports service delivery across the organisation. We are seeking someone who is confident in providing advice and guidance, willing to constructively challenge inefficient practices, and committed to continuous improvement. Alongside core recruitment responsibilities, the successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute to recruitment and workforce projects, providing valuable exposure to wider HR initiatives and organisational priorities. About us Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire. We actively seek to engage people who use our services and our communities in improving the mental wellbeing of the local population. We work closely with other NHS and voluntary sector organisations who provide services and support people who use services and carers.
