This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and developing their knowledge of NHS recruitment and workforce processes. Interviews will be held on 21st October,2026 HR Officer - Trust-Wide Recruitment Support The post will support recruitment across a diverse range of Trust services. This role offers the opportunity to build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders while gaining a broad understanding of how recruitment supports service delivery across the organisation. We are seeking someone who is confident in providing advice and guidance, willing to constructively challenge inefficient practices, and committed to continuous improvement. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
