Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accord Main duties of the job As a Female Driver Support Worker at Elysium Healthcare, you'll be making a substantial difference in the lives of individuals dealing with mental health conditions. Stationed at Ormesby House in Oxted, Surrey, you'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing excellent healthcare services. Your role includes participating in ward rounds, observing and noting patients' behaviours, and offering direct care which may involve aiding with personal hygiene tasks. The job requires a positive attitude and resilience as challenges may arise; however, the rewards include seeing the patients improve under your care. The position is full-time with 35 hours a week, and you will also need to work every other weekend. Applicants must hold a UK driver's license since you'll be using the house vehicle to drive residents to appointments and activities. The position aims to provide the best support to female residents, enhancing their quality of life through effective services.
