ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Bank Chef, your primary responsibility will be supporting the daily operations of the culinary department. This role involves supporting various homes across the Surrey Region, with a focus on managing culinary operations, guiding a team to provide high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals while adhering to budget constraints. Responsibilities also include menu planning, food ordering, staff supervision, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
