Reporting directly to the Therapy Lead, you will be responsible for individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, MDT working and risk assessments. You will also facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and be requested to design and deliver training. As a Psychologist, you will have experience and knowledge in carrying a service users caseload, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments to support their care plans. Main duties of the job As a Clinical Psychologist at Rhodes Wood Hospital in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, you will join a service dedicated to CAMHS Eating Disorders. In this rewarding role, you will report directly to the Therapy Lead, taking responsibility for both individual and group interventions. Your duties will include conducting diagnostic and cognitive assessments, participating in MDT work, and performing risk assessments. Additionally, you will conduct staff reflective practice sessions and develop and deliver training programs. You are expected to manage a wide-ranging caseload of service users, involving complex needs assessments and crafting specialist psychological treatments.
