This blended role focuses on improving patient flow, smoothing administrative workflows, and delivering high-quality, hands-on clinical services. You will directly support the triage team, manage electronic correspondence, and provide routine clinical care under supervision. Full training will be provided to enable the successful post holder to safely and competently carry out all clinical and administrative duties outlined in this job description. Key Responsibilities Clinical Services Phlebotomy: Perform routine venepuncture for patients as requested by clinical staff. Ear Microsuction: Provide safe ear irrigation and microsuction procedures (following full training and competency sign-off). Health Monitoring: Take and record accurate blood pressure (BP) readings, including ambulatory monitoring setup. NHS Health Checks: Deliver standard NHS Health Checks, gathering patient data, offering lifestyle advice, and escalating concerns to clinicians.
