We are committed to providing robust clinical pathways and ensuring that people using our services have timely access to high quality, evidence-based psychological interventions. We are looking for a senior clinical or counselling psychologist to join our Adult Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Services across Surrey. About the Role This role will primarily sit within the Complex Needs, SMI and Recovery pathway, offering psychological assessment and interventions to adults experiencing complex, severe, and enduring mental health problems. The post holder will also contribute across the Integrated Neighbourhood Team, supporting collaborative and flexible working where required. The successful applicant will work closely with partners across the Integrated Neighbourhood Team, including voluntary and community organisations, local councils, and NHS providers, helping to deliver coordinated, person-centred care. The role will support the aims of the Community Mental Health Framework and the Fuller Stocktake report, focusing on prevention, reducing inequalities, and improving access to personalised support.
