a comprehensive benefits package to support your career development. Main duties of the job Main Duties of the Role As a Community IV Nurse, you will provide specialist
nursing care to patients receiving IV therapies and Parenteral Nutrition in
their own homes and community settings. You will support patients throughout
their treatment journey, ensuring safe and effective care while promoting
independence and confidence in managing their treatment. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously
while developing strong relationships with patients, carers and healthcare
professionals. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
