We're looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Sevenoaks Medical Centre. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care, ensuring every patient receives a safe, professional, and personalised experience. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care while supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous service improvement. Main duties of the job Assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, individualised patient care within the outpatient department. Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of patient safety, privacy and confidentiality. Support, mentor, and act as a role model for junior team members, promoting a positive learning environment. Champion infection prevention, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
