About the Role As our Client Liaison Manager, you'll support prospective residents and their families from first enquiry through to move-in, providing a warm, professional and personalised experience every step of the way. Working closely with the General Manager and wider home team, you'll be responsible for driving oc Main duties of the job As a Client Liaison Manager at Avery Healthcare, you will manage enquiries and support prospective residents and their families from their initial enquiry through to move-in. Your role will involve delivering engaging tours of the home, building trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. You'll develop and manage a pipeline of prospective residents, driving occupancy through effective follow-up and conversion activities. You will represent the home within the local community through business development and community engagement initiatives.
