On appointment you will have an individual training needs analysis carried out and have access to our QI academy & Managers Toolkit. As a supernumerary Labour Ward Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the Labour Ward, facilitating high quality, safe and effective care focused on improving outcomes for our service users. We need the successful candidate to work collaboratively with the MDT, have great organisation skills, have a good understanding of staffing and acuity, be able to set priorities, objectives and goals in line with current maternity agendas. ASPH are proud to offer a homebirth service, an amazing alongside birthing centre, and a level Neonatal Unit. Our midwives get a range of experience supporting uncomplicated pregnancies to developing care plans for our more complex pregnancies. You will be a clinical expert, supporting our MDT to work collaboratively, continuously assessing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care toachieving optimum outcomes for our service users.
