Brockwood Medical Practice Practice Nurse The closing date is 30 October 2026 Apply for this job Job summary Join our friendly, innovative and supportive GP practice Brockwood Medical Practice is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for either a newly qualified or experienced registered adult nurse with current NMC registration who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in general practice and keen to develop their clinical knowledge and skills. Main duties of the job The Practice Nurse will provide high-quality, safe and effective nursing care to patients registered with the practice. The Nurse should be able to demonstrate, appropriate to their level of training, experience and competency: Safe and effective clinical assessment Venepuncture and specimen handling ECG recording Blood pressure and cardiovascular assessment Wound care NHS Health Checks Health promotion and lifestyle advice Immunisations and vaccinations Long-term condition management Dementia screening Cervical screening where trained Anticoagulation monitoring Patient education and self-management Accurate clinical documentation Effective clinical room and stock management About us Brockwood Medical Practice is a friendly, forward-thinking and high-performing training practice located across a beautiful rural and semi-rural area, caring for a diverse patient population.
