Main duties of the job Duties and responsibilities: Youll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care, including: Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures) Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathway Preparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliant Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and wider MDT Contributing to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvement Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture About us Spire Hartswood Hospital is a 49 bed hospital with 4 theatres and offers a comprehensive range of services and facilities.
