Join our Childrens Community Health Team at HCRG Care Group, where youll provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to children, empowering them and their families to achieve their full potential. As a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in a multidisciplinary team, supporting children with a range of developmental and performance challenges. Main duties of the job Join our team as a Bank Occupational Therapist with HCRG Care Group, offering an attractive hourly pay rate and various benefits like flexible shift booking, wagestream access, professional growth opportunities, and 24/7 well-being support. You will work with the Children's Community Health Team, providing Occupational Therapy assessments, diagnoses, and interventions. This role involves working closely with families and assisting children with developmental and performance challenges, promoting self-management, independence, and well-being. You'll be part of a team known for its commitment to excellence, working with services rated as "Good" or "Outstanding" by CQC. Based at one of our Surrey-wide office hubs, you'll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working to accommodate professional and personal needs. The role requires carrying out school-based assessments, developing treatment plans, recommending equipment, liaising with other professionals, and ensuring sensitive communication with families.
