We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Paediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. You'll be working under the supervision of qualified Occupational Therapists and contribute to the assessment, intervention, and ongoing care for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering delegated aspects of therapy care plans, working as an autonomous practitioner in various settings, supporting physical management and functional development, facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, and assisting with administrative tasks like specialist equipment provision. This role demands dedication towards improving outcomes for children and families in a collaborative, child-centered environment.
