We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our Paediatric Dysphagia Team working in the community in Hammersmith and Fulham (0.4WTE) and within QEII Jubilee School (0.2WTE). This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week across three days. Why Join Us? The role will include supporting parents, clients and other professionals in all issues related to client management. Liaison with the MDT is an integral part of the role. Leading developments within the Dysphagia team and to the broader service including in the development of policies and procedures relating to clinical care, evidence-based practice, care pathways and outcome development. You will contribute to Trust, service and profession wide initiatives. Providing highly specialist clinical supervision and line management to other speech and language therapists and support in the training and development of junior dysphagia therapists in the team. Delivering training/courses as relevant to the post, specific in service training across settings to a variety of audiences e.g. parents and staff in schools settings.
