South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust Team Manager The closing date is 21 October 2026 Apply for this job Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead the South East Wandsworth Integrated Recovery Hub (IRH). This is a key leadership role within our Community Mental Health Service, providing operational and clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care to adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. As Team Manager, you will work closely with the Clinical Service Lead, Clinical Manager, fellow Team Managers, Psychology and Medical colleagues, as well as partner organisations across health and social care. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care while supporting the continued transformation of community mental health services. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for service users, developing staff, and driving innovation within a busy and rewarding service. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be an experienced mental health professional with proven leadership and management skills, committed to delivering high-quality community mental health care and supporting service improvement. Key responsibilities include: o Providing operational leadership and day-to-day management of the South East Wandsworth Integrated Recovery Hub. o Leading, supporting and developing a multidisciplinary workforce to deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused interventions. o Ensuring effective staff supervision, appraisal, performance management and workforce planning. o Driving quality improvement initiatives and supporting the ongoing transformation of community mental health services. o Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, risk management and safeguarding practice. o Monitoring service performance, data quality and key performance indicators to ensure delivery of national and local targets.
