Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant at Frognal House Care Home in Sidcup, Kent. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times. Currently, we are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant for our award-winning team at Frognal House Care Home in Sidcup, Kent. The role involves delivering high standards of personal care and team collaboration to ensure continuous resident services. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, maintaining dignity, recognizing risk areas like infections, and practicing safe work systems. Successful candidates will demonstrate effective communication, initiative, and adaptability. Experience is not necessary as we offer a comprehensive induction and training program.
